# How this site handles your data

The site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It sends data only to the services it needs to count visits and to run the AI assistant.

## Who runs the site

I do, Prokop Simek. If you have a question about your data or want something deleted, write to me.

<prokop.simek@dxheroes.io>

## Visits

I count visits in PostHog, which stores the data in the EU, in Frankfurt. From your IP address, browser and the date, PostHog computes an anonymous identifier that is valid for a single day. It does not keep the IP address or the browser details after that.

I record which pages you view and a few clicks: on booking a call, on the email address, opening the assistant and finishing the AI adoption check. For the check only the result band, not your answers.

[Provider’s policy: PostHog](https://posthog.com/privacy)

## AI assistant

When you write to the assistant, your text goes through my server to Google’s Gemini API, which writes the answer. I use the paid tier: under its terms Google does not use prompts or answers to improve its products. It does keep them for a limited time to detect abuse, and it may process them outside the EU.

My server does not store what you and the assistant write. It logs only technical details, such as what a question cost and how long it took. To keep anyone from flooding the assistant, the server remembers for at most a day how many questions came from your IP address. The conversation lives only in the open page. Close or reload it and it is gone.

[Provider’s policy: Google Gemini API](https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms)

## Voice assistant

Voice starts only when you click it and allow the microphone. The audio then goes from your browser straight to ElevenLabs, which turns it into text, has the Gemini language model write the answer and reads it out. For this assistant I turned off audio recording in ElevenLabs and set transcript retention to zero days, so ElevenLabs deletes them after the call. They may be processed outside the EU.

## AI adoption check

Your answers are scored on the server and stored nowhere. They stay only in the address of the result page.

## Server

The site runs on a server at Hetzner in Germany. Server logs hold technical details, not the content of your messages.

[Provider’s policy: Hetzner](https://www.hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy)

## Your rights

I process the data on the basis of legitimate interest: to know whether the site is useful to people, to protect it from abuse and to answer you when you ask the assistant yourself. You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object. Most of it, though, I cannot link to you, because it is anonymous.

You can lodge a complaint with the [Office for Personal Data Protection](https://uoou.gov.cz), the Czech supervisory authority.
